хотя я его уже одобрил есть две регрессии по сравнению с предыдущей версией.

Стало
inkscape-filters-dripping.jpg
inkscape-filters-in-and-out.jpg

Т.е. в каждой менюхе по одному слову было на русском, стало на английском
