cegui is missing some header files that Mageia has.
Certain Header files are missing from its Mageia counterpart: 
CEGUI/RendererModules/OpenGL/GLRenderer.h: No such file or directory

Feel free to send PRs to games-related packages, better send them to rosa2019.1, and mark that a backport to rosa2016.1 is necessary if it is necessary.

P.S. I remember you sent some pull requests, do they still require merging?

Built a package for 2016.1 with the latest (September 2020) fixes from the stable 0.8.x branch and enabling some more supported stuff (ad the OpenGL rendering). ATM 2019.1 is missing a required package to build successfully.
